Implementation
There are several ways to use and implement a useful jamming grid/grouped array:
- Mini grid/grouped array around super critical infrastructure assets, like regional power stations, airbases, airport terminals etc.
- Regional grids/grouped arrays covering the most populous, most industrial, or containing more military and regime related assets.
- Country wide grids/grouped arrays covering most or all critical infrastructure assets.
- Pilot trial micro or mini grid/grouped array, for evaluating the real performance, for deciding how to implement 1-3 options mentioned above.
Installation options:
- For evaluation and dynamic placement of grid/grouped array in various locations according to changing needs, the mobile installation on car rooftop is of course preferred, because of the speed and agility of such mobile grid.
- For a fixed installation of a grid/grouped array around a critical asset, usually a fixed mounting of the jamming unit on rooftops etc. is the most practical.
- For a non-fixed grid/grouped array installation, for example around a specific military base, which can be moved to another location upon command, installation on telescopic tripods is usually preferred, and in this case the energy source can be batteries with solar charging.
- For a more centralized grid/grouped array, small shacks can be used, which encompass 4-5 high power omni and directional jammers. This can reduce the overall number of nodes in the grid and simplify deployment and maintenance.
Grid-Jam is available for consultation on each of these options.
